and 170*C is you are using gas Oven

In this video we need:

20 cm mold chiffon cake, 120 gram of all purpose flour, 80 ml vegetable oil, 100 ml milk or water, 50 gram brown sugar for the 5 eggyolks, 70 gram sugar for the 6 egg whites. I used Large size of egg of the chicken, if large is not available you can use the medium size.
