I’ve been asked this a lot. TURNOVERS
Finally I’ve gotten around to doing some. I’ve made this really easy so anyone can do it. I call it my No Knead. No Nonsense. No excuses Bread Dough 😄
You can use this for a Batch Loaf too. Just shape round Instead. This gives 2 loaves

Recipe:
900g of Strong Bread Flour
600ml of tepid water
40g of Fresh yeast(for dry divide by 3)
2tsp salt
2tsp sugar
50g melted butter
An Alternative final shape on this is to stretch and fold both ends of the dough in to the center then fold the dough on top of itself like a book. This is the proper way.
After the final shaping of the bread give It a further 30 minutes to rise. You can see, I didn’t knock the air out when shaping so It won’t need long.
Bake In a preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius for 15 min. Turn the heat down to 220 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes
Throw a glass of water on to a hot tray at the bottom of the oven when you stick the bread in. This helps to create moisture which will aid the bread in rising and it will keep it from drying out too much.
