This Elsa dress was made from a modified version of the Jalie pattern 2913 "Off the shoulder skating dress" linked below.

It was made using lycra spandex materials, but can be made with any stretch materials.
The crystals used to detail the dress were from Wholesale Rhinestone linked below.
