Firefly's sangria used to be one of the most popular drinks in Las Vegas. Then, an unfortunate series of events led to the restaurant's door permanently closing. Thankfully, Cheflive Las Vegas took the time back in May of 2010 to sit down and talk to Chef Simmons about his recipe. This video can be found on their site, but I wanted to upload this here lest something ever happen to Cheflive.com. I didn't want this treasure of a recipe to be lost!
