Ingredients
- Pork Ears (1 kg)
- Pork Belly (1/2 kg)
- Bay Leaf (3 pcs)
- Reno (2 pcs) / Pork or Chicken Liver (up to you)
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Pork Cubes (2 pcs)
- Ginger (small size and make it half)
- Red Chili (3 pcs)
- Lemon (1 pc)
- Onion (medium size)
- Magic Sarap (1 sachet)
- Salt
Cooking Steps
- Boil Water
- Put pork cubes once the water is boiling.
- Add salt in the boiling water if required, around 1 tsp.
- Put the Pork Ears and Belly, wait until tender.
- Remove pork and let it cool in the drying rack.
- Grill pork and cool it down before cutting into small pieces.
- Get a big bowl, mix all ingredients
- Put salt last and adjust based on your preference.
- Use sizzling plate if you have and serve hot.
Note: added Sante Barley Juice in the end, this helps in lowering down the cholesterol levels in the blood.
