This is the beginning of our video series on the Pandemic Unemployed Assistance to walk you step by step through the application process.
If you tried to get on the site on the first day, you'll discover you were kicked out of the system time after time. I was able to file the claim in 4.5 hours during which I filmed the screens so you could see it and prepare to file your claim.
This first video is an introduction and takes you through the initial log in process. Note that once you register, you have 48 hours to complete your registration, so frustrations aside once you start you need to finish.
