__________STEPS___________
+++MAKE SAVE FOLDER BACK UP BEFORE PROCEEDING+++
1. Get your fresh legacy installation (in case you want LOD version 1.13c for loot filter for example), otherwise you are good with 1.14d
2. Patch to 1.13c with the ZIP archive (skip if you are 1.14d)
3. Download ZIP PlugY 14.01
4. Create folder Plugy Mod inside Diablo 2 folder
5. Extract all files from ZIP into the folder
6. Create Plugy.exe shortcut, add compatibility to Windows XP SP3, Admin rights, "-w" into the path
7. You are ready to go! Launch and check things, copy your save folder.

That's it :) super easy!
