In this The Sims 4 Stop Motion Speedbuild + Tips & Tricks video, I show you how I built the community lot "Wellness Waterpark". As always, the complete build is No CC and contains this time only a few No CC Paintings. But these paintings are completely No CC, which means that even console players can download my houses. More information can be found below in the video description.

This build called Wellness Waterpark is a community lot in tropical and modern style. It is a waterpark with a focus on wellness. Your Sims can swim, relax, get wellness treatments and just enjoy the tropical ambiance here.
This Sims 4 Build Wellness Waterpark contains the following areas:

- A large pool in the main hall with waterfalls and many different seating areas.
- Two separate pools in the main hall in grotto design with warm steams & waterfalls.
- A snack bar with different seating areas in the main hall (Always remember, never go swimming with a full belly :D).
- An outdoor area with a hot spring to relax in (Snowy Escape Pack).
- A separate pool room with cool light effects ambience.
- A Jacuzzi area.
- An area with saunas and showers.
- A wellness area with a yoga room, a massage room and toilets.
- A medium sized area with restrooms.
- An entrance area

DISCLAIMER: This Sims 4 build is very large and contains many objects! For this reason, I cannot recommend that people with a low-powered PC/console download this lot. It could happen that the game crashes or lags. Please decide for yourself if you want to download it or not!

There is a new way to download tray files of my houses. My previous website is offline and will probably stay offline (due to irreparable technical problems). Please use the new link to download tray files! You will find the houses there under the category "Tray Files" if you scroll down.

I use the Tool Mod from Twisted Mexi for my Sims 4 builds! You will find hints in the video, in addition, the video says which Tool Mod values I have used. Unfortunately, this mod can only be used on the PC. BUT to download my houses, you must NOT have installed the mod. All objects are downloaded in the same position as you can see in the video. This means that Pc AND console players can use my houses. You only need the same packs of game that I used.

In case console players also want to use rotated objects: I'll provide you with new rooms in The Sims 4 gallery from time to time, where you can find rotated and resized objects. With the help of these rooms console players have more possibilities in The Sims 4 build mode!
