As you may know, swimming is an excellent form of exercise to lose weight and flatten your belly!
Based on my own experience as a coach, I can personally tell you that losing weight it's a straightforward formula, especially with swimming and most of the time, while swimming, you don't even realise that you are losing weight.
Swimming is primarily a cardio workout, which is what you need to reduce your fat percentage in your body, but here is the thing, you don't need to hit so hard such as when you are in the gym, to see results.
The beauty of swimming is that once you get that momentum, nobody can stop you, and by maintaining the same pace for an hour or more, you will lose weight and burn a lot of calories!
By introducing these exercises before or after your swimming workout routine, you'll reduce your belly fat! Make sure you are consistent and perform them for at least 10 to 15 minutes for best results, and in conjunction with a healthy diet, your weight loss will tremendously speed up in no time!
