In the 2020s, JTC contracted Chevalier, which dealt directly with Toshiba Elevator and IFE, to supply lifts to a few industrial buildings, including this one. As Toshiba may be unable to supply cargo lifts as they no longer offer such models, IFE supplies the heavy-duty cargo lifts to these developments instead.
This particular set serves B1 (carpark), 1 and 2.
