Romanos Sklavenitis-Pistofidis, MD, PhD, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, discusses a single-cell RNA analysis of tumor and immune cells in asymptomatic and overt Waldenström's macroglobulinemia (WM). He speaks about tumor intrinsic and extrinsic features that can be used to differentiate sub-types of WM, help diagnose WM, and guide treatment decisions.
