This is the Dreamer Cap Coast, a tiny campervan with camping kit bolted on. It is under five metres with a tent in the roof and a mattress that goes over the seats to form sort form of bed and that is all it offers it terms of a campervan. There is an outside shower which could give some form of privacy via a curtain around the lift up door. On the other hand, the Dreamer Cap Land is only 35cm longer and offers a toilet and internal shower and at roughly the same cost, or not much more, is a much better option!
