(20 Jun 2018) House Democrats were joined by advocates and immigrant children outside the U.S. Capitol building on Wednesday to demand an end to the "zero tolerance" policy at the U.S.-Mexico border that's led to the forced separation of more than 2,300 migrant children from their parents.
Rep. Luis Gutierrez of Illinois urged President Trump to swiftly end the practice, saying it is up to him, not Congress to do so.
