Przebudowa ulic Złotej i Zgoda w Warszawie jest częścią szerokiej modernizacji Śródmieścia, mającej na celu poprawę estetyki i funkcjonalności tej części miasta. Projekt przebudowy koncentruje się głównie na poprawie infrastruktury dla pieszych i rowerzystów, jednocześnie podkreślając znaczenie przestrzeni miejskiej jako miejsca integracji społecznej. Na ulicach pojawi się więcej zieleni, w tym drzewa i krzewy, a także nowe elementy małej architektury. Powstają też zbiorniki retencyjne, które będą gromadzić wodę deszczową, poprawiając gospodarkę wodną w tym rejonie. Przebudowa, która obejmie ulice Złotą, Zgoda, Sienkiewicza i Jasną oraz place i skwery pomiędzy nimi. Pozwoli to na zszycie poszczególnych “wysp aktywności”, czyli placu Pięciu Rogów i ulicy Chmielnej, przebudowywanego właśnie placu Powstańców Warszawy oraz placu Centralnego, który powstaje przed Pałacem Kultury i Nauki w sąsiedztwie nowej siedziby Muzeum Sztuki Nowoczesnej.

Prace są realizowane etapowo, co pozwala na minimalizację utrudnień dla mieszkańców i dostawców. W pierwszej kolejności modernizowana jest ul. Złota i fragment ul. Zgoda, a kolejnym krokiem będzie budowa placów miejskich. Całość projektu obejmuje obszar o powierzchni 2,5 ha, czyli znacznie większy niż niedawno przebudowany plac Pięciu Rogów

Dodatkowo, usunięto stary tunel pod ul. Marszałkowską, co umożliwi bezpośrednie połączenie piesze między placem Centralnym a obszarem Złotej i Zgoda.
Przebudowa ulic Złotej i Zgoda w Warszawie ma na celu przekształcenie betonowej przestrzeni w zielone miejsce zachęcające do spacerów. Wysokie drzewa, krzewy, nowe place i alejki spacerowe to tylko niektóre elementy metamorfozy tego miejsca w ramach projektu Nowego Centrum Warszawy.

Zakres prac:

2. Ulica Złota ma zyskać nową nawierzchnię, a chodniki zostaną poszerzone. Projekt zakłada także wprowadzenie nowych elementów małej architektury, jak ławki, latarnie czy kosze na śmieci, co zwiększy komfort użytkowników. Złota ma również być bardziej przyjazna dla rowerzystów, z dedykowanymi ścieżkami rowerowymi.

The reconstruction, which will include Złota, Zgoda, Sienkiewicza and Jasna streets, as well as squares and squares between them. This will allow for the stitching together of individual "islands of activity", i.e. Pięciu Rogów Square and Chmielna Street, the currently rebuilt Powstańców Warszawy Square and Centralny Square, which is being built in front of the Palace of Culture and Science in the vicinity of the new seat of the Museum of Modern Art. The works are being carried out in stages, which allows for minimising disruptions for residents and suppliers. The first to be modernised is Złota Street and a section of Zgoda Street, and the next step will be the construction of city squares. The entire project covers an area of ​​2.5 ha, which is significantly larger than the recently rebuilt Five Corners Square

In addition, the old tunnel under Marszałkowska Street has been removed, which will enable a direct pedestrian connection between Central Square and the area of ​​Złota and Zgoda.
The reconstruction of Złota and Zgoda streets in Warsaw aims to transform the concrete space into a green place encouraging walks. Tall trees, shrubs, new squares and walking alleys are just some of the elements of the metamorphosis of this place as part of the New Center of Warsaw project.

Scope of work:
1. Zgoda Street will be rebuilt, taking into account the increase in the amount of greenery and space for pedestrians. There are also plans to tidy up the existing parking zones and modernize the road infrastructure.
2. Złota Street is to gain a new surface, and the sidewalks will be widened. The project also assumes the introduction of new elements of small architecture, such as benches, lanterns and garbage cans, which will increase the comfort of users. Złota is also to be more friendly to cyclists, with dedicated bike paths.
