Grammy award winning DJ, MC, producer and entrepreneur WALSHY FIRE (Major Lazer / Black Chiney) finally pulled up to the Entertainment Report Podcast in person for an EPICCC conversation about his career. Walshy Fire spoke about growing up in Miami in the 80's, playing Changes Disco, meeting Jay Will (Game Over) in college, his viral interview with Vybz Kartel, Sean Paul changing his name to Walshy Fire and a chance encounter that led to him playing Black Chiney with Supa Dups and Bobby Chin.
Walshy Fire also spoke about how he joined the world famous Major Lazer, how a past issue with Steelie Bashment was resolved, winning a Grammy for his work with Koffee, his early work with Chronixx, production and soooooo much more.
