What was the most disturbing thing you saw in person?😨😱
The so-called caring, loving Christian church I will never return to after tonight. They invited homeless people for a midnight dinner. Then they said they couldn't have a plate unless they paid $3. The pastor removed a plate from a homeless man's hand, stating God would provide for him. I forgot my wallet at home, and they didn't even allow me, a member of the church, to get a plate for my 2-year-old son who was crying. They stated that the paying Christians should eat first, and if there were any leftovers, then we could have some, if God willed it. I had to keep myself from knocking him out. I left early and decided after that experience, I'm never returning to the church. Tonight was heartbreaking. I've sacrificed so much for this church only to now realize that the credit card readers for donations used twice a service probably aren't really for feeding the homeless as they claim but rather for purchasing those luxurious flat screen LG TVs throughout the church. The pastor even has rims on his car. I've been a fool. Although some of the messages were positive, after what they did tonight, I'll never return."
