At least eight people were injured in a car ramming and stabbing attack in Tel Aviv. Israeli police say the assailant, believed to be a Palestinian from the West Bank, was shot dead by a civilian first-responder. The attack came as the Israeli military continued its "anti-terror" operations in the West Bank's Jenin for the second day.
