Quick + Effective At-Home Workout (25-30 Minutes):
Circuit 1:
• Pause Squats: 3 sets of 10 reps
• Curtsy Lunges: 3 sets of 10 reps per leg
• Alternating Step-Ups: 3 sets of 1 minute
Circuit 2:
• Tuck Jumps: 3 sets of 20 reps
• Split Jumps: 3 sets of 30 seconds
Core Circuit (with baby or 20 lb dumbbell):
• Dead Bugs: 2 sets of 10 reps
• Boat Hold: 30 seconds
