Just as there has been a rapid increase in remote working across several industries due to Covid-19, there has also been an increased demand for digital services to enable remote working and virtual consultations in UK Police Forces. Providing a medium for this emergency service to continue its vital work with the public is paramount. Crime is still being committed and Police Officers still need to communicate with victims, suspects and witnesses of criminal activity, whilst also maintaining security, anonymity and confidentiality.
