Guacamole, is an avocado-based sauce that originated with the Aztecs in Mexico. In addition to its use in modern Mexican cuisine it has also become part of American cuisine as a dip, condiment and salad ingredient.

Ingredients:
Avocado (ripe) 1n
Garlic chopped 1 ts
Green chilly 2 n
Onion chopped 1 n
Lemon juice ½ ts
Cilantro 1 b
Pepper powder 1 ts
Salt
Tomato 2 n
Directions:
Cut ripe avocados in half, remove seed, and scoop out avocado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl add chopped garlic, chopped green chilly, chopped red onion, squeeze the lemon juice, cilantro, pepper, salt, tomatoes(remove the seeds, and skin) mix all of these.
