So I've struggled with flickering lights whilst recording in my workshop since I starting using my GoPro Hero 7 black. I've even change a load of my lighting to LED to try and fix it!
I then found out that the factory settings were set to NTSC (60Hertz) where as us in the UK (and many other countries) need to run PAL (50Hertz), that is because our power grid runs at 50 Hz.
I changed the settings and it was so much better.
