We are back with another delicious and warming stew from Spain: MARMITAKO! This is a great dish from the Basque country, and there are a variety of recipes to make it. While generally, it is made with tuna (Marmitako de atun), it is also common to use salmon (Marmitako de salmon). It is possible to make it with other types of fish too. In this video, we have prepared it using salmon and vegetables in our own home, and it turned out amazing! If you'd like to learn this recipe from a Spaniard, keep on watching! :)
