INGREDIENTS RED VELVET:
200g/7oz soft unsalted butter
350g/12,5oz fine sugar
400g/14oz all purpose flour
2 tbsp cacoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2/4 tsp kosher salt
2 medium eggs (roomtemperature)
50g/1,75oz melted chocolate (cooled down)
1 tbsp red foodpaste
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
240ml buttermilk (roomtemperature)
INGREDIENTS CREAM CHEESE:
195g soft unsalted butter
750g cream cheese (roomtemperature)
555g powdered sugar (sifted)
