• 7 eggs - steamed for 9 minutes
• 1 heaped tablespoon mayo
• A pinch of salt
• A few cracks of black pepper
• 1 tablespoon fresh dill
• 1 green onion (optional)

As a step-mom, I make a lot of family-friendly comfort food, as well as a lot of simple, indulgent dinners for one (or two).
