BUILD QUALITY + DESIGN – 10/10
When I first saw this gaming mouse, held in my hands, I went, “WOW”. Just wow. The design of this gaming mouse is beautiful – maybe even slightly more attractive than gaming mice in the higher price ranges, like a gaming mouse from Razer. Although I do kind of wish that the gaming mouse had less writing on it (the word “wireless” is unnecessary in my opinion), the overall design of this mouse is extremely appealing. The all-black look with blue accents allow the mouse to seem much more expensive than what it actually costs.
As a sidenote, the LED that illuminates some parts of the mouse really do add a cool effect to the look of the mouse (watch video for demonstration).
COMFORT – 10/10
The material choice for the construction of this gaming mouse allows it to be extremely ergonomic + comfortable in the hand. A major material used is soft-touch plastic, used on the top of the mouse. Such material allows for more grip – I just wish that DLAND would have used the same material on the sides, instead of matte-finish plastic on the sides.
The buttons on the mouse are easily accessible as well, but not too easily accessible to the point where they can be unintentionally pressed. Button placement is on-point for this mouse, and there is ample space for my thumb to rest on the side of the mouse.
FUNCTIONALITY – 8.5/10
To first of all talk about the DPI settings on the mouse, it comes with 4 settings – 600, 1000, 1600, and 2400. There is no high DPI settings, like 3200 or 6400, as seen on some gaming mice in the higher price ranges.
Using X-Mouse Button Control software, I was able to program each of the two buttons on the side to do whatever I wanted. But one odd thing I noticed was that the “fire” button, located beside the left mouse button, had a designated function. It was therefore not able to be programmed. I wish that DLAND would have abled the “fire” button to be programmable as well by the user.
VERDICT – Ergonomic, visually appealing gaming mouse with great functionality
Overall, this gaming mouse is a heck of a deal. You really can’t get a gaming mouse that looks this attractive, is this comfortable, and has this much functionality anywhere else for a similar price. Highly recommended.
