This means you have to translate it for the local language, and then edit it so that it makes sense in context, taking culture and grammar into account.
If your chatbot uses emojis, make sure these are localised too. Did you know that the French use four times as many heart emojis than any other language, and Russians use three times as many romantic emojis than the average?
