This hydraulic PTO is for my 1961 hydraulic winch. This was originally fitted to a 1 ton series landy and as a result didn't fit my standard transfer case. I machined a sleeve to extend the shaft out so the dog clutch could engage with the gearbox main shaft. The selector fork was turned round and a new slot machined for the pinch bolt. I machined a sleeve for the main shaft extension as the 1 ton ones are a larger diameter. I hardened this sleeve in the work shop. As the 1 ton hydraulic PTO's are rarer than rocking horse sh*t I didn't want to alter it drastically. The only irreversible changes are the new selector fork slot and a 5mm hole in the original shaft to take a roll pin. Otherwise it can be put back to a 1 ton unit in about five minutes.
