Today is day 5 of the gentle standing exercise series. Today's class is a 15 minute walk with 30 seconds of a specific exercise and then 15 seconds of either walk or rest. Work at your own pace and cater the class to suit your fitness level. Walk at home with safe, gentle exercises which are easy on the joints and suitable for both seniors and beginners.
