Mostly eat with rice noodles, chicken noodles, fried rice and other delicious Indonesian cuisine

Ingredients:
780gr ground beef
2tbsp fried minced shallots
1tbsp fried minced garlic
1/2tsp mushroom broth powder
1tsp salt
1/2tsp pepper
1 1/2tsp sugar
1 large egg white
145ml iced water / 4-5 ice cubes
*let the meat sets for 2 hours
700ml Hot water (remember it's HOT not BOILING), helps the meatballs keep it's shape
then boil until the meatballs float to the surface
