Waterways Conservation Officer Mark Sweppenhiser and volunteers stock hundreds of brown and brook trout into the Fly Fishing Only Catch and Release Section of Clarks Creek located in Dauphin County. Each fall, the PFBC stocks more than 113,000 trout into public waterways across the state to replenish many high use areas for fishing during one of the most beautiful times of year.
