10. Responsible for hosting property on monthly broker's tour (Wednesday) (100+Broker/Agents).
11. Responsible for hosting property on a monthly office tour (Thursday, Friday) (100+ broker /Agents).
12. Responsible for coordinating OPEN HOUSES each week by hosting myself or by a fellow RE/MAX Gold agent.
13. Responsible for all local advertising of property on a weekly basis which may include but not limited to newspapers, social media, listing boosters, virtual tours, etc.
