Blair Walter talks about the Felton Road wines, how it all started, what grape varieties he uses and other aspects of growing and making wine in Central Otago. Then he rushes of the deal with the grape harvest that is just beginning. Felton Road is one of the organic and biodynamic wineries in New Zealand.
