**Double Outlet Right Ventricle (DORV) with Transposition of Great Arteries (d-TGA), VSD, Pulmonary Stenosis, and Modified Blalock Taussig (MBT) Shunt** 14-year-old male presented with cyanosis (O2 Saturation: 83%).
He underwent Left MBT Shunt at age of 3 months, one year later the Shunt obstructed, and CVA occurred, then he underwent Right MBT Shunt.
