Texas is the leader in child support collections raking in over 4 Billion dollars every year. And in 2019, they raised the amount that they are going to start charging non-custodial parents to pay so that they can make even more from past due collections. California is second, raking in over 2.5 Billion every year and they are just as corrupt as Texas!

The sad part about this all is that they make this money by separating loving fathers from their children by forcing them to fall behind on the child support payments that are set too high. Then Title IV-D will post a lie on their web site saying that they are doing it "In the best interests of the children," when nothing could be further from the truth!

It continues to spiral way out of hand when the employer and ADP starts garnishing the non-custodial parent's income. This is after charging enormous interest, penalties and late fees even when that parent goes to court to try to pay what he can afford. Furthermore, when he shows up to court with his pay check stubs proving what he makes, they'll ignore it and then won't modify the original court order to an amount that he can afford so that he will continue to get further behind on the payments. While he's in court to try to help the situation out and abide by the system, they keep asking for the money that they already unlawfully charged him and never look at anything else. Then, what happens next is even worse. They hold him in "contempt of court" and then throw him in jail without Due Process!

The saddest part of all is that you probably have friends or know people that work for these local child support enforcement agencies. These same so-called "friends" continue to ignore the rotten agencies that they work for and what they are doing to your father, brother, son, cousin, friend, neighbor, co-worker, tax payer and other good people that are just caught-up in a corrupt system, just because it's not being done to them! And, they basically stereotype the good people, treating them like the real "Dead Beat Dads," which are the ones that really don't care about their kids.

These unscrupulous agencies and "fake" judges continue to throw " Good Fathers" that are really trying to do the right thing, in jail, because they make an enormous amount of money either way. It has been proven that the Family Court Magistrates (fake judges) get paid extra for sending innocent victims to jail. And how can a man survive when he has nothing left to live on after he pays the child support? In most cases, he'll lose his job after getting thrown in jail, they'll suspend his driver's license, deny his passport and then categorize him as a "Deadbeat Dad" before the steal the money that's meant for the kids.

These agencies are the real "Mafia" and use "Mob-like" tactics to collect fraudulent money because the government incentivizes them with more money every year by matching what they collect. Your employer is in on it with the government and probably uses ADP (another government agency) to process their payroll. ADP is in on the corruption too because they get a cut of the money that they're garnishing from your check!

Family Court is not administered like a real court. They won't swear you in when your hearing starts and you're not allowed to bring in a witness. You'll also notice that the judge is not real, he's just a collection agent from the Executive Branch wearing a black robe and he/she was sent there to collect money or put the man or woman in jail and nothing else. The lawyer that you retain has an oath to the Bar Association and will take your money, lie and act like he can help you. But, you'll find out the hard way that a lawyer won't help you because they are in on it with the corrupt judges and child support enforcement agencies and are the ones who wrote the laws that require you to go to these hearings. They will make a deal behind your back and not say a word as you are taken to jail.

This is one of the most corrupt systems going on in America today and it has to stop! Stop electing corrupt judges and stop paying the corrupt lawyers that ignore your rights! This whole system can be stopped if people would just wake up and do some things in advance!
