Footage from August 23 shows a car driving under the John. E. Rebello Bridge in East Providence, Rhode Island, despite large amounts of standing water. Although this driver decided to brave the water, the National Weather Service said, ‘Turn around don’t drown,’ as flood water can easily send a car floating downstream.
