Ingredients:
* Elaichi banana - 5 small, roughly chopped
* Milk - 1.5 cup
* Apple - 1/2 cup
* Mango - 1/2 cup
* Pomegranate - 1/2 cup
* Chikoo - 1/2 cup
* Banana - 1/2 cup
* Mix roasted nuts - 1/4 cup (any nut of your choice)
* Honey - 2 tbsp (as per the taste)
* Saffron (kesar) milk - 2 tbsp (soak pinch of saffron in hot 2 tbsp milk for 10 min)
* Pinch of salt
