In its second year, INTERACT at Greenbelt offers unique access to nationally acclaimed video-game speakers, international journalists, YouTubers, Minecraft educators and the founder of the National Videogame Foundation. Join us to experience unusual, moving, funny, sad and entertaining games as we journey towards a more meaningful engagement with games, technology and YouTube.
Contributors
Andy Robertson (@GeekDadGamer) is a journalist for national newspapers specialising in meaningful technology and video games for families.
Simon Parkin (@SimonParkin) is a contributing writer for the New Yorker, a columnist for the Observer and a regular contributor to the Guardian, New Statesman and others. He also wrote the critically acclaimed book, Death by Video Game.
Iain Simons (@IainSimons) is CEO of the National Videogame Foundation, a unique not-for-profit develops the role of videogames in culture and society.
Adam Clarke (@thecommonpeople), is a critically acclaimed Minecraft educator and Stampy collaborator who runs cultural gaming events for museums, festivals and communities.
Victoria Bennett lives in Eden, Cumbria, with her husband and young son. She is a full time carer and poet. Winner of the Andrew Waterhouse Award, she has written since childhood.
Alastair Jones (@a_b_jones) CEO of Frontier Youth Trust, supporting youth workers in marginalised communities. He has recently implemented digital spirituality in diverse settings with a focus on young people.

It’s a moving poem-world about their personal experience of terminal illness, cancer and death. In a new medium, it explores the memories we carry with us when we say goodbye to those we love.
