Game servers may be overloaded. This is usually expected in the launch week.
Verify the game files, for me it found many corrupt files so repair the files once before you try anything else
Turn off/Disable VPN
If you have been on the loading screen for more than 10 minutes please exit and restart the game, try restarting game multiple times
Try ALT+F4 to close the game and then try again
Go to in game settings/switch server to non-prime time region/port to EOT/go to settings and switch back to your region
Try offline mode and the switch back to online mode
Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct on your computer
Step 3) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security & Firewall
Step 4) Perform Power cycle- Shut down your computer, unplug the power cable, press & hold the power button ON PC for few seconds, turn off WIFI router, wait for few seconds and restart your WIFI router and then restart your computer
Step 5) Disable manual proxy
Step 6) Run Network Troubleshooter
Step 7) Run these commands
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh interface ipv4 reset
netsh interface ipv6 reset
netsh interface tcp reset
Step 8) Perform Network Reset- Make sure you have the WIFI password
Step 9) Switch to a different network
Step 10) Use Ethernet connection
Step 11) Update Windows
