Personally, I deem this performance one of the best ever delivered in any Italian dubbing, making the Italian version of this song one of my favourite performances ever.
Sadly, the lyrics are not quite up to the English lyrics and all its puns and word games. Hence, every time you see the word “mio” translated as “mine”, the latter is to be always intended as “belonging to me”, not as imperative of the verb “to mine”, like in English.
