If you've been here before, you’ll SEE something is a bit different - I have hands! I’m not just a cartoon and a voice! Amazing! All the better to show you this spell to clear the mind and transcend anxiety with, my dears mwahahaha. This is something I’ve been working out for a bit - a way to SHOW you all the different sounds I’ll be making in this more ASMRy type video. That way the noises aren't jumping out of nowhere and scaring you out of sleep! As always, you can follow along no matter what you believe, so long as you believe in you!

And now for our main spell candle - I’ve chosen a white candle as the intention is a clear, worry free mind. Like a blank page - full of possibilities.Tranquil. Serene. I also don’t have many decorations or distractions this evening as this simple spell focused on decluttering the mind. Anyway I’ve already gone ahead and carved the worlds “Calm” (calm your heart and emotions that send it racing) “Clear” (clear your mind and quiet all the shoulda woulda couldas in there) and “Here” (bring your body where you are - here with me in this newly created pocket of time and space!) I’ve also left the 4th side blank - so you can fill in your own positive wish/hope/intention or dream for tonight's spell casting.

There are sounds of ASMR tapping on glass, sounds of candle burning, dried flowers crunching, air currents, tapping on glass potion vials, tapping on jewelry, soft ringing of a bell, tonal humming, and me narrating in a soft spoken voice.
