In this video we test the DJI Mic 2 and look at how you can get better audio from it by using both the Equalizer (EQ) and the Compressor in DaVinci Resolve. These settings will work in any EQ/Compressor combo since they all share the same basic controls.
Of course, all voices are different, and have different characteristics, so the settings I'm using on MY voice might not give you the same results, but they are a good place to start, and then you just have to experiment and adjust things from there.
In this video I also look (or listen to) how the audio sounds when the microphone is placed in different locations: the "normal" chest mount usually gives you a very *muffled* sound, while holding the DJI Mic 2 in front of your mouth, "youtuber-style" will actually give you a much clearer and fuller sound out of the box with no EQ applied. But for many of us that's simply not practical, and using a wireless mic like the DJI Mic 2 as a handsfree mic is the preferred way. So I'm also testing it out clipped to my cap, "Sam Sulek"-style, and it works great.
