Five Makerere University students who were arrested by the police after the Guild elections on Friday evening face charges of inciting violence. This as they celebrated the victory of Paul Kato, the new Makerere Guild President. Meanwhile, the driver of a vehicle who knocked down two other students on Makerere Hill road, will be charged for reckless driving.
