Border Patrol agents and San Diego Fire-Rescue responded to the border wall Saturday afternoon after receiving calls for mass injuries. It was a chaotic scene as first responders tended to 10 people with varying injuries, some potentially with broken bones, after they fell from the 30-foot U.S./Mexico border wall near Border Field State Park around 4 p.m. Saturday.
