Two robots (magenta disks), all receive exactly the same control signal, scaled by a unique constant. They are steered to rotate a polygon using closed-loop control. The yellow disks are the goal points toward which the robots are steered at each time step. Micro/nano-robotic systems often use global control signals where each robot receives exactly the same signal. As this simulation demonstrates, this constraint need not prevent the robots from performing useful tasks.
