Samcan Goreng Bawang Putih

Marinasi samcan:
300 gr Samcan tanpa kulit
1.5 sdm Saus tiram
1 butir Telur
2 siung Bawang putih
3 siung bawang merah
1/2 sdt lada hitam/putih
1/3 sdt garam
1 sdt kaldu jamur bubuk

Adonan tepung:
100 gr tepung beras
1 sdm tepung maizena
1 sdm terigu
1 sdm minyak wijen
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt gula

1/3 sdt baking soda
150 ml Air

Bahan lain:
10-15 siung bawang putih/1 bonggol bawang putih
Minyak sayur untuk menggoreng

100 grams rice flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp baking soda
150 ml water

Others:
10-15 cloves garlic
vegetable oil
