My friend Spy got his official rank and I want to help move up. I'm convinced he is making only a few key mistakes (lack of scouting in particular!) that hold back his game, and if he fixes those, he'll quickly climb up in the rankings.

So we played a very casual 1v1 game with the intention of analysing his game afterwards to figure out what he needs to improve on. If you're looking to improve your game, you may find my advice useful.

For the record I am currently a top ten Gold player. I'd probably get into Platinum with a new account... ;)
