In this Full Body Workout we have 3 rounds
ROUND 1: LOWER BODY & CARDIO
ROUND 2: UPPER BODY & CARDIO
ROUND 3: ABS & CARDIO
We have a massive 60 different exercises here with a tabata style 20/10 to keep it fresh.
Obviously calories burned here differ from person to person but it may be possible to burn 450-700 Calories remember to keep moving in-between sets, I managed to clock in 6000 steps during this workout!
You can do this Workout 2xWeek or 3xweek for the more advanced Athlete
