LOWCOUNTRY, S.C. (WCIV) — The latest appeal of Alex Murdaugh's murder conviction will now be decided by the South Carolina Supreme Court.
The 132-page brief looks like a last stand of sorts for the Murdaugh defense team, a combined appeal with a decision likely months away.
