I'm addicted to eating it raw from the time I can remember.
The batter consistency should be like smooth runny dosa batter.
Ideally, the vadaams are prepared in a banana leaf and air-dried to make papads.
But I have never really succeeded in controlling myself not eating the vadams raw for making papads.
