According to Ayurveda system, everything is made of five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether.
Fire in Sanskrit is Agni, tattva, which means “truth,” “reality”. Agni tattva is associated with the manipura (navel or solar plexus), the 3rd chakra, which is the center of personal power and inner fire. When this chakra is balanced, self-esteem, confidence, willpower, determination, disciplines are high.
Agni(Fire) is very important in Ayurvedic system, when I was studying Ayurveda in India, the teacher said to us “the first thing you should do in the morning is to meditate on your stomach, how you feel about the fire today, coz everything starts from the stomach.”
Agni(Fire) controls our digestion and absorption of food in order to provide the the whole body with the vital energy.
Agni(Fire) burns our karmas, our blockages and fears. It gives us the strength of commitment, discipline, will-power, and the ability to carry out our intentions. It is the power to digest, absorb, and assimilate both physically and emotionally.
Fire is an agent of healing and transformation. When fire is present it produces dynamic change and purification, transforms, warmth, and it produces light. It takes matter as fuel and turns it into energy. It can manifest as burnout, or as the radiance experienced in Kundalini Yoga.

The 3rd Chakra, the navel center, is dominated by the fire.
Again, same as the Fire, The 3rd Chakra is associated with the center of will power, command, and control. It is the reserve energy center. Without a strong 3rd Chakra, you may have many ideas and good intentions but no willpower to bring them to life. With a strong 3rd Chakra, even your slightest intentions begin to manifest.
Agni(Fire) can help us to harmonize the 3rd Chakra, to transform anger to commitment, and heal mind and body so we can express the very essence of our souls. Ride this fire with purpose, balance, and grace. Burn through your fears, karmas, limiting belief system and rise to your highest destiny.
Nabhi Kriya focuses on developing the strength of the navel point. This kriya will get the abdominal area in shape very quickly and activate the power of the 3rd chakra. 💪

在阿育吠陀的系統中,火元素是幫助食物消化和吸收,這股能量才能被身體吸收使用,是幫助我們活著很重要的元素。記得我在印度學阿育吠陀時,老師說每天早上起床第一件事就是要冥想你的肚子,感受今日「火」的狀態。
「火」另有淨化、轉化的意義,很多傳統的儀式中會用到火。「火」能淨化業力、創傷和恐懼。它提供堅定的意志力、紀律以及實現夢想的動力。在療癒中,也能幫助我們消化情緒、負面能量。
//第三脈輪
肚臍中心是第三脈輪,由「火」掌管。
同樣地,第三脈輪代表我們的力量、生命力、決心與毅力。第三脈輪也與憤怒有關。憤怒並非壞事,但如果我們能把憤怒放在改進我們的弱點,這股能量就能變成為進步與實踐夢想的動力;如果憤怒用是在吵架與發洩在別人身上,那就浪費火能量的用途。
練習Nabhi Kriya不僅能加強核心、練腹肌,即便你沒有靈性的修行,它也能幫助我們將這股憤怒(火能量)導入更高的層次,將憤怒轉化為毅力、決心,燃燒負面情緒、創傷、消除恐懼與業力,讓我們更有勇氣活出真實的自己!
